Job Description
The General Production Supervisor leads the entire cycle of the production process, ensuring the smooth flow of operations according to established standards in terms of cost, delivery, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production, Project Management.
- 3 years' experience in Metal Mechanics, Cooling Towers, and SAP.
- Validated Tourist USA Visa for traveler
- English language at an intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Initiative to solve problems and make independent decisions.
- Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Customer orientation and focus on quality.
- ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Computer tools such as MS Office and SAP.
- Experience in handling manual tools, CNC/automatic equipment, and welding processes.
