Plant Manager

We are seeking a self-confident professional who has a strong sense of urgency, is people oriented, focused on results, an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager that gives clear expectations to engage the team in achieving and exceeding goals, to lead our manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in high mix low volume manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish English
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
