Job Description
Talent Acquisition Leader will develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent and represent the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (BS or BA)
- Validated a Tourist USA Visa to travel
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Hiring experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Over 10 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment for blue and white collar, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Recruitment experience with a staffing agency
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates and develop creative recruitment strategies
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial with superior organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks
