Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining continuous operation of production equipment by performing maintenance work.

Requirements

• Receive assigned work orders for execution and request parts and materials previously separated from the warehouse.
• Execute work orders and provide feedback with relevant and detailed information for analysis in the CMMS system.
• Generate work orders to correct deviations found.
• Participate in failure analysis or investigations (RCA).
• Participate in continuous improvement, environmental, and strategic processes.
• Support the updating of maintenance preventive routines and procedures.
• Inform the supervisor of the completion of work orders, as well as any pending issues that may arise during their shift.
• Record relevant problems in the logbook or maintenance system.
• Support data collection related to parts lists and equipment specifications.
• Attend daily maintenance and production meetings to track pending requests.
• Perform 5S in their area of work.
• Support the registration and measurement of energy consumption.
• Support management on topics related to planning.
• Support the development of standard work procedures.
