Job Description
ARSIEM Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer/Manager - Level 2 to support a government client in Lexington, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience in security management, compliance, risk assessment, and training junior ISSOs and Systems Administrators.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and IAVM processes
- Perform vulnerability assessments, system audits, and compliance monitoring
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on implementing security best practices
- Prepare and review security documentation for hardware, software, and network boundaries
- Monitor systems for security incidents and respond to cyber threats
- Manage security controls
- Assist in training junior ISSOs and Systems Administrators on compliance and risk management
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the Authorizing Official
