Senior M&A Associate (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior M&A Associate to support the M&A Team and manage transactions independently from start to finish. The role involves strategic and operational responsibility for all corporate acquisitions, identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting company valuations, and negotiating purchase agreements.

Requirements

• More than three years of professional experience in the fields of M&A, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, finance, or a comparable field
• At least three years of M&A transaction experience
• Experience in working with medium-sized, dynamic companies is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, structured working style and developed analytical thinking
• Proficiency in German at a native level
