As a team assistant, you will ensure smooth workflows in the Berlin office of Arsipa GmbH, supporting colleagues and management in organizational and administrative matters.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• Experience as a team assistant, office assistant, or in a comparable role
• Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• High level of service orientation, reliability, and discretion
• Safe handling of MS Office and common digital tools
• Friendly, professional demeanor and team ability
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
