Job Description
Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups, work on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims, and maintain accurate documentation of call details and actions taken.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AR Calling (Physician Billing)
- Strong understanding of RCM Cycle
- Good knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-ups
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Experience with tools like EPIC, Eclinicalworks, Kareo is a plus
