Job Description
The Assistant Production Manager will facilitate production management and administrative needs for performing arts offerings and events at Crystal Bridges, the Momentary, and Heartland Whole Health Institute. The ideal candidate has experience in theatrical, festival, and event coordination, and a passion for supporting the production of contemporary performing arts.
Requirements
- Lead the production advance process
- Create and maintain paperwork and documentation
- Act as stage manager and perform company management tasks
- Communicate with artists, management, and programmers
- Maintain and distribute paperwork, complete performance reports, and archive documentation
- Assist with production team scheduling and administrative duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned
