Campus Security Manager

The Campus Security Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safe and secure campus environment by supporting awareness of and adherence to security policies and procedures, leading safety training and drills, and collaborating with various departments to address security needs for daily operations, campus events, and public programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in security operations or security management
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
• Proven leadership experience, including supervision, training, and development of security personnel
