Job Description
The FOH Team Member, Hospitality is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily FOH operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service across all roles, including Lunch Server, Dinner Server, Barista, Bartender, and Event Server.
Requirements
- Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and Hospitality first to our guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas.
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required and provide accountable opening and closing duty roster and checklist completion.
