Lead Museum Educator, Arts in Medicine and Wellness

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art seeks a full-time Lead Museum Educator for Arts in Medicine and Wellness to implement and deliver wellness-focused, arts-based programs across clinical, educational, and community contexts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in art education, museum studies, studio art, art history, public health, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of three years experience facilitating educational or community-based programs in museum, healthcare, or nonprofit settings
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, materials, and program logistics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working across disciplines and institutions
• Familiarity with trauma informed and inclusive teaching practices
• Proficiency with standard office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
