Job Description
The Associate Director will assist with the campus’s administrative and logistical operations, teach weekly math and language arts classes, and partner with the Campus Director on the hiring and training of part-time staff and teachers. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in Math and Language Arts, excellent classroom management skills, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a field closely related to math and language arts
- Advanced degree related to math or language arts preferred
- Strong content knowledge in math and language arts
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience, with experience working with advanced K-12 students preferred
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
