Combination of customer inquiries via e-mail and phone handling as well as creation of bookings, reservations and travel documents. Performance of performance proofs and creation of invoices.
Requirements
- Completed education as a travel trade saleswoman/sales manager and/or trade as trade saleswoman/sales manager.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office product family and common booking systems.
- Good knowledge of English.
