Senior Software Engineer, Private Investments Platform (Alternatives)

Arta is building an AI-native wealth platform that expands access to sophisticated investment strategies. The company is looking for a senior software engineer to work closely with the Private Investments Team to build and scale the Alternatives platform and go-to-market capabilities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a software engineer with strong command in Python
• Strong backend / systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience building production systems with real-world complexity (data models, workflows, APIs)
• Basic familiarity with private markets / alternative investments
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and partner closely with non-engineering stakeholders
• Strong product sense — you care about how systems translate into user experience
