Job Description
As Head of Transformation, you will lead Artefact's transformation across all functions, driving Tech & AI powered transformation initiatives to provide a better experience to all Artefactors by making operations faster, more efficient, and ready for growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a top business or engineering school
- 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation
- Exposure to international, multi-entity environments; consulting or professional services background is a strong plus
- Transformation skills (PMO, Lean, Agile, process reshape, change management)
- Product management skills (discovery to ad)
- Tech, Data & AI skills
