Artemis Recrutement is currently seeking a Financial Controller and Procurement for an organization operating in a dynamic and highly regulated environment. Reporting to the program director, you will play a key role in financial management, internal control, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Supervise the complete accounting cycle and produce financial statements
• Manage cash flows and ensure financial performance
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Canada/USA)
• Coordinate external audits and manage financial risks
• Follow procurement activities and optimize costs
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making
