- Manage territory sales coverage
- Visit customers, sell product portfolio, and meet sales and profitability targets
- Monitor budgets, discounts, rebates and term and conditions of agreements
- Maintain regular call pattern and visit schedule with customers
- Coordinate with territory's Inside Sales Representative
- Maintain client records, administrative follow-up, and maintain activity log in SFDC system
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
