The Business Partner, Personnes & Culture will provide daily support to P&C activities on the Operations site in Rougemont, while ensuring governance support across all P&C practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in HR, business administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Master of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail, organized, and committed to ongoing improvement
- Ability to follow updates and ensure appropriate governance, as well as identify gaps or inconsistencies in HR tools or processes
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Organizational and time management capabilities; ability to establish priorities effectively
- Bilingual French and English (regular collaboration with national teams)
- Certified CHRA (HR Professional) designation (an asset)
