The Senior Market Strategy & RGM Analyst supports the development and execution of MAPPS strategies for assigned brands across all regions, analyzing category trends and providing fact-based insights to enable profitable, sustainable growth for Arterra and its suppliers.
Requirements
- University Degree
- 3 years in a similar role with preference to candidates with alcohol and national market experience
- Experience in developing Pricing strategies, promotional tactics Financial planning or strategy analysis
- Very strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to translate analysis into actionable insights and action plans
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Canadian grocers data platforms (IRI, dunnhumby & LDIA), SQL and Nielsen Data an asset
- Collaborative and problem-solving approach to challenges
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- Ownership and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to influence (without authority) decision-making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results.
- Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills
- Excel and Power BI Power User
