As a Winery Associate at Inniskillin Wines, you will create memorable guest experiences, guide tastings and tours, support the Grill service, and participate in high-energy events. This role requires a team-first mindset, strong judgment, and ability to multitask.
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A team-first mindset and guest-first attitude
- Motivation to exceed sales targets
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Fluency in French, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is an asset
- Wine knowledge is an asset but not required (training is provided)
- Food Handler certification is an asset (training/support provided as needed)
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
