Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative

The Sales Representative at Arthrex Portland is responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining customer relationships within their assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining customer connections, consulting with surgeons regarding Arthrex products and procedures, and maintaining knowledge of market trends. The position is focused on the sales and marketing aspects of Orthopedic products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Comfort in open operating room environments
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
• MS Office proficiency
• Effective business plan creation
• Strong public speaking skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work well under pressure
