Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative

The Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals within a defined territory, establishing customer relationships, and maintaining expertise in Arthrex's product portfolio. This role involves consulting with surgeons about Arthrex products and procedures in the operating room and supporting their compliance and ethical conduct. The Sales Representative will also provide training and be responsible for data collection and staying current on industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology
• Ability to work in an open operating room environment
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
