Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader

The Senior Sales Leader will manage the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory, building strong business relationships, and implementing sales strategies. They will communicate with customers, establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs, and support product managers. The role requires a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills, and ability to manage responsibilities under strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of orthopedic experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
• Current driver’s license
• Access to your own transportation
