- Determine project approach, roles/responsibilities, and schedule
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities
- Oversee completion of all marketing asset requests
- Support development of standard project and program management processes and tools
- Conduct project post-mortems to drive continuous process improvement
