Job Description
At Articul8 AI, we are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Director of Finance to serve as the financial engine of the company during a critical stage of growth. This is a builder role that demands both strategic perspective and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within venture-backed or high-growth technology companies
- Strong experience in Revenue Operations, cash collections, and working capital management
- Demonstrated ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Experience supporting Board of Directors reporting and investor communications
- Direct involvement in fundraising processes (Series A/B/C or later-stage growth rounds preferred)
- Experience working with external accounting firms, auditors, and finance partners
