Senior Solution Architect - Customer Success (USA)

Articul8 is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their Customer Success team. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will guide customers through their entire AI journey, from initial solution architecture and technical discovery to hands-on implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery, with a proven track record of engaging and advising executive and technical leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization
• Strong foundation in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go with hands-on software engineering experience
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL
• Demonstrated skill in building effective prototypes, demos, and production-ready deployments
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and engineering audiences
• Expertise in generative AI building blocks and at least one specialization in AI/ML pipelines, API design, data engineering, vector/graph databases, or AI model orchestration
