Job Description
We're hiring a Staff or Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of our backend APIs—powering scalable, secure, high-performance GenAI services. We expect our engineers to leverage modern AI tools to deliver 10x+ outcomes through leverage, not just effort.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience (Python, Go, Rust)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience designing and scaling APIs in cloud-native environments
- Strong systems thinking, debugging skills, and production engineering mindset
- Hands-on with modern infra: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with distributed systems, async services (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Deep curiosity and a growth mindset—you love learning, experimenting, and iterating
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your development workflow
