Caregiver / CNA

We are seeking a Caregiver / CNA to provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. You will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule and be required to respond to emergency calls and situations, document and report care provided, and transport residents to various functions or locations.

Requirements

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, eating, etc.
• Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed.
• Observe and monitor residents for behavioral changes and/or adverse reactions to medications or treatment plans.
• Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations at all times, to ensure the safety and well-being of all community residents.
