Job Description
Caregiver/CNA providing assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia, responding to emergency calls, and documenting care provided.
Requirements
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Assist with personal and household chores
- Transport residents within the community
- Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently
- Respond to emergency calls and correct environment hazards
- Maintain professionalism and resident confidentiality
- Adhere to all Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire and safety regulations
