We are seeking a Trading Technology Associate to elevate automation, controls, and quality standards across our global trading platform.

Requirements

Partner with director of trading technology and traders to translate workflow needs into clear functional requirements, validation criteria, and control standards.
Collaborate closely with developers through design, build, testing, release, and post-production stabilization.
Document and maintain end-to-end trading workflows, system logic, controls, integrations, and key dependencies.
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide transparency into workflow performance, validation metrics, and exception trends.
Create and execute structured test plans for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Lead user acceptance testing, including script development, execution oversight, defect tracking, and documentation.
Expand automated regression coverage for high-risk trading workflows in partnership with development.
Define and enforce release validation standards prior to production deployment.
Design and implement automated production checks to validate trade accuracy, workflow integrity, and data quality, reducing reliance on manual monitoring.
Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and strengthen controls, documentation, and automation frameworks based on operational learnings.
