Job Description
Artisan is building AI employees to replace sales teams and improve AI productivity. The company offers a full-stack, co-location solution with AI-powered teammates, and is currently hiring a Software Engineer (Backend) to design, build, and scale the backend of these AI employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong experience building scalable, data-intensive services
- Proficiency with cloud-native tools (containers, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Understanding of distributed systems and APIs
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL + NoSQL)
- Experience with TypeScript/Node preferred
- Demonstrated track record of ownership
