Job Description
A Final Assembly Technician I performs work station assembly operations including sewing and packaging of heart valves in a clean room, with responsibilities including sewing and assembling sewing cuffs, inspecting materials and components, maintaining production and inspection records, and adhering to clean room good manufacturing practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Experience in inspection or assembly or similar intricate hand work, preferred
- Experience working within FDA & ISO manufacturing practices, preferred
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, internet, and email
- Ability to read and understand detailed manufacturing instructions and drawings
- Ability to use a microscope
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Must be available to work OT and Saturdays
