Job Description
Artsy is seeking a Director of Data Strategy & Insights to lead our data vision and insights engine to help power our next phase of growth. As Director of Data Strategy & Insights, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketplace.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data, data science, strategy, or analytics role
- Proven track record of using data to influence product and company strategy at the leadership level
- Deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation, and marketplace dynamics
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for executives
- Experience building and leading data teams and implementing scalable analytics processes and tools
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency with a statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.)
