Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience and several years of experience as a project manager in leading multidisciplinary teams in the realization of large industrial or technology projects
• Relevant project references in national and/or international science, industry or technology projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of building planning and sound knowledge of RIBA, HOAI or similar standards
• Timely realization of complex projects with associated budget planning
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, organizational and negotiating skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills and ideally German
