Head Chef Restaurant is looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to oversee the entire operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are always adhered to. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing a large brigade in a busy open kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing a large brigade in a busy open kitchen environment
• Proven ability to cost and implement new menus and procedures
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Financial awareness, problem-solving skills
