Job Description
Arvinas is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations with deep expertise in neuroscience drug development to lead the global execution of early- and mid-stage clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, operationalizing, and executing complex neuroscience trials.
Requirements
- 12+ years of clinical operations experience
- Deep expertise in neuroscience clinical trials, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., PD, PSP, SBMA, ALS)
- Demonstrated success in CRO oversight and vendor management
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements
