
Job description
The Manager, Sales Training is responsible for developing training processes and content to meet the company's commercial business goals and enhance sales force effectiveness. The role partners with marketing and sales leadership to ensure optimal field communication and skill development.
Develop and implement training and development tactics, manage training programs, develop and deliver sales and product training curricula, conduct field visits, and create and manage sales training materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry experience, sales training, and organizational skills. They will be able to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
