Digital Designer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, systems-thinking Senior Digital Designer to leverage and evolve the Asana digital ecosystem and shape how our global audience experiences our brand across digital channels.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in digital or web design with a foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Expert proficiency in Figma, design tokens, component libraries, and system architecture
• Experience supporting design systems in CMS environments like Contentful or Webflow
• A portfolio and/or website demonstrating strong visual craft across web and email
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with experience designing responsively across screen sizes and digital channels
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a focus on candor and rapid iteration
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
