Asana's Enterprise Technology team is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join our team, who has an insatiable desire to learn, an ability to drive projects from idea to completion, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on technical management leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer skilled with Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, SOAP- or REST-based web services, and SOQL
- Extensive experience leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Experience with GitHub, Gearset, and other CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working within a defined SDLC process
- Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices, compliance standards, and data governance
- Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and service-oriented architecture
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Javascript UI frameworks including AngularJS
- Prior experience working with an integrations tool such as Snaplogic or Boomi
- SQL proficiency
