Job Description
Asana is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and build scalable, reliable, and easily operational infrastructure. This role involves working with a collaborative team to improve system stability, develop services like AI systems, and drive long-term Asana vision. The position is hybrid, working from the Warsaw office with in-office days being Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with production coding skills.
- 5+ years of experience building and operating backend systems at scale.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments (SQL, NoSQL, Search).
- Solid understanding of SRE principles.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Comfort navigating trade-offs with stakeholders.
