Accounts Receivable Specialist - Park Place Corporate Las Colinas

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role involves ensuring an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and maintaining accounts receivable and informing managers of collection activity. The ideal candidate is confident, passionate, and has a genuine desire to service the client.

Requirements

• Prepares daily deposits of all incoming funds for accounts receivable and follows up on outstanding items for collection
• Prepares, verifies, and distributes monthly accounts receivable statements
• Maintains all assigned schedules
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
• Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
• Attends weekly department meetings
