Job Description
Asbury Communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional for the role of Activity Manager at Ivy Gables in Wilmington, DE. The Activity Manager will create, plan, and implement a vital program of recreation that stimulates residents cognitively, culturally, creatively, psychology, spiritually, and physically and promotes individual and group pleasure and social interaction.
Requirements
- Activity Director Certification (ADC) Required
- Minimum of 5 years management or supervisory experience with a dependent, Alzheimer's disease/dementia adult population
- Experience working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred
- Associates degree required in recreation or related field
