Requirements

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
