Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician to provide training and guidance to new Behavior Technicians and provide center-based 1:1 ABA services. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting, as well as facilitating comprehensive onboarding and providing real-time corrective feedback and coaching.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- BCBA Candidate
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

- 20 hours guaranteed every week + regularly scheduled case
