Job Description
Thurmond Eye Associates is seeking a Cataract Surgeon (Partner) to lead the clinic and offer leadership expertise. This position is offered as a co-Chief Medical Officer role with significant equity partnership potential. The practice benefits from a strong referral network, resources, and team support. The Compensation package includes a $100,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance exceeding $650,000 annually.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
- State medical license to practice ophthalmology in Texas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
