Job Description
At Ascend, we're looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our team. The role will involve managing client relationships, supervising staff, performing audit tasks, and leading client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, an active CPA, and at least 8 years of experience in public accounting. Experience in Construction & Manufacturing industries is also preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
- Active CPA in good standing
- Minimum of 8 years of increasing levels of responsibility in public accounting
- Experience in Construction & Manufacturing industries
- Demonstrably strong leadership skills
- Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
