Job Description
Ascend is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our collaborative team. As a Tax Manager, you will lead and manage all phases of business and individual client tax advisory and compliance engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
- 7+ years of public accounting experience in tax preparation and review
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting, corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Client-service mindset with a commitment to quality and relationship building
