Job Description
Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts-Counter Sales Representative to sell parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. The role involves selecting required parts, informing customers of companion part requirements, and providing high-level service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications, preferred
- Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification, preferred
