Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our team and manage work activity, customer relations, and shop floor policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience and strong leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, math, and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of fleet or dealership experience
- 1 year of management or customer service experience
